Store-bought party crackers contain cheap toys and recycled jokes. Homemade ones let you customize everything.

Materials

  • Toilet paper tubes
  • Wrapping paper or cardstock
  • Cracker snaps from craft stores
  • Ribbon for tying ends

Step 1: Prepare the Tube

Cut wrapping paper to wrap around the tube with 3 inches overhang on each side.

Step 2: Add the Snap

Thread the cracker snap through the tube, securing one end with tape.

Step 3: Fill with Goodies
